We had a great time. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help. Even if all the construction going on it was still wonderful. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the the popcorn nightly. We hope to come back soon.

We always enjoy our stay here. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The housekeeping lady helped us Saturday afternoon carry our luggage in, we're both in our 80's and have a little trouble carrying our bags. She was so sweet to help us. That's another reason we stay here we like visiting and talking with the staff. We will be back soon.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and up to date. The breakfast was very good. We wear surprised by how quiet it was, you feel like you're out in the county by the river but you can walk to some of the best restaurants in Pegan Forge; Great location.

Staff was terrific. Started with Heather at registration. Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Breakfast staff was very attentive. Offering to make waffles to cleaning off of table. Good mornings from all. Definitely would recommend. Customer service means a lot these days.
