The room was clean and ready for our arrival. The staff was nice and very helpful. The hot chocolate was enjoyable as were the cookies. We did not use the breakfast buffet as we had other plans for breakfast after we checked out, but it did look good. I do miss not seeing the pecan twist danish that were on the bar when we were there last year. Those were excellent. The only thing that would have made it better... in the suite, for those who sit on the sofa, you cannot see the televison at all.

This was our first stay with Inn on the River but definitely won't be the last. Super clean, free breakfast that was super good, overall very nice property with lots of little touches for the kiddos like little bags of small toys at checkin, free popcorn, pool toys and games and even some games and toys in the lobby. Staff was amazing, we had requested a crib for our 19 month old son that wasn't in our room but Katelyn (I believe was her name) made sure we got it quickly along with linens. This same lady, along with Dottie, helped again when I realized I had forgotten to stop and get my 19 month old some milk for bedtime. They grabbed some from their kitchen so I didn't have to go out late at night to get some and totally saved the day. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful room, with a comfortable bed and walk-in shower. The fireplace added warmth and ambiance that made it even cozier in these winter days. The staff was attentive and gracious! This was our third time staying at Inn on the River. We love it!

We always enjoy our stay here. The front desk staff are friendly and engaging. Rooms clean and comfortable. Love the popcorn at night. Sitting around the fire eating popcorn is, well just fun! We decided after this stay, we will just make this our regular lodging when in the area.
