As always we had a satisfying stay at the hotel. The Inn on the River is our first choice to stay when we come to Pigeon Forge, for the many years we have stayed there Kathy has assisted us she is always a pleasure to work with, all of the staff are wonderful and the rooms always clean. We will be back!

Excellent service, rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable too! We got there an hour early and the front desk person said our rooms were ready but there was a charge of $15. If the room was ready - why the up charge?

I was very happy with the whole experience at your hotel/inn. Well maintained, inviting atmosphere. My sister & me were so relaxed while we were there. We enjoyed watching the all the fowl catching their breakfast from the river. I would highly recommend your Inn when visiting Pigeon Forge. I will be staying there the next time I am there.

Front desk person was great -did a great job in getting us checked in and out. we had 9 people with us -My mother and father in -law stayed there the 3 week in October for 10 or 15 years. To go see the leaves turn.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We found the Inn to be clean and the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the Christian music and atmosphere. The only small issue, is that we found the beds to be somewhat uncomfortable. The mattress seemed to have a worn spot.
