Great service, Great breakfast, compared to the other places I've stayed around the area this has been our best experience so far. We will stay again. I did find some sticky finger print residue on the cabinet to the fridge I think could easily be cleaned and was possibly looked over while cleaning.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was clean and at a good temperature. The hot tub was loud due to the intake holes. It was hard to have a conversation in there. Breakfast was good except one day the meat was over cooked. It would have been better if the mixed fruit was fresh not canned. The stafff was excellent and very helpful: The location was perfect and there was a trolly stop right out front. We plan to come back next year with friends.

The only thing you could do to improve my stay would have been hand towels that weren't so rough. I know you have to launder a lot of laundry, but a high thread count will launder just as well as a tough towel.

All staff seem to be customer focused. Hotel is not "modern" but is well maintained and very clean (I ran my finger down the top of the hallway wood trim and found no dust). The walk-in shower was well designed and functioned well. The breakfast bar was good, but I would prefer that bacon was on the menu every day.

I have stayed multiple times at The Inn on the River and I've never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and the staff are so friendly. My favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!
