Everything was great! Couldn’t get the hot tub to go above 77 degrees but they had a technician out the next morning! Hot tub was heated and ready to go by the time we got back that night! Great customer service!

Had a great stay at Paul's Paradise! The drive up was a little bit steeper than expected but still manageable. It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg nor the parkway so it was easy to get to/from both Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokies. The cabin was nice and comfy, though not super quiet. The roof is metal and there is no attic so the white noise of strong wind and rain was quite audible. It added to the ambiance of the stay, honestly. Might stay at this cabin again in the future!

There is a large rug in front of couch we took up so our dogs would not have accidents on it. Since pets are welcome I would suggest removing it. It's not needed and a magnet for pets. Was pleasingly supprised to have a beautiful Christmas Tree and fire place decorated. Made Christmas even more special. We didn't need to put up our little tree we took. We had no major issues. Everyone enjoyed their stay...Thank you! .

Amazing Cabin & location. Fit our family nicely. Kiddos loved the hot tub and we loved the large space to provide comfort forever. From the large dinning table to fit all for meals as well as game night!
