Clean. Nice store. Grt staff. Good shade
We loved your camp ground and the kids had so much fun. One suggestion would be to put clearer instructions on your flyer about the trolley service as far as coming back because we did not know we had to tell the driver to stop at Greenbrier Campground and he did not stop so we ended up having to ride the trolley around for a whole additional hour. If you could write on your flyer to tell them that when you get on the blue route at the aquarium, it might cause might save some trouble for some people. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and we hope to come back.
Great! The staff was so helpful answering all of my questions about what to do in the area. The facilities were so clean! The camp spots on the river were so much fun for the kids. It was quiet, we felt safe, it was beautiful and a memorable trip.
This by far is my favorite Campsite to date. So clean, beautiful sites, great space between camps and so convenient to Everything. And your staff go above and beyond. You are very Blessed!

Very well kept and maintained campground. It was easy to make the reservation and check in was a breeze. Great location. We had a small cabin that was very neat and clean and located right at the river’s edge. Very peaceful.
Beautiful cabin in the woods
Excellent experience. Loved the place, location, amenities and service.
Campground was clean and a great location. The non premium sites were very close together and not much privacy.
The customer service is exceptional. The cabins are perfect and the lot we stayed on was beautiful by the creek.
Very nice staff. Very clean
This is our favorite campground by far. I only wish we lived closer so we could come here more often. The campground is super clean, easy access to Greenbrier hiking trails. Friendly staff, and very pet friendly.
Greenbrier is one the best run campgrounds I have ever encountered in 50 years of being an RV owner. We stayed for a little over 2 weeks and we encountered a power issue, the campground had an electrician at our site before I could walk back to my site from the office. The absolute best WiFi system of any campground I have stayed, most have WiFi but it's useless because it's over loaded and not enough bandwidth to handle all the traffic, not at Greenbrier not once did we have any issue with the WiFi. The campground maintenance guys were on it, everything being taken care of when it needed to be. Very Quiet campground at night. Just a great campground to be at.
Campgrounds always clean! People in the office always friendly.
Property is well kept. Management is very friendly & helpfull
Clean and well maintained. Well kept and clean bathrooms
Great campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities and ground are well maintained.
Great place to stay in the Smokies!
We had a wonderful stay. Our dog enjoyed the river 3 days during our stay. This alone will be reason enough to camp at your facility again. Many parks do not allow swimming, let alone dogs to enter their access to rivers and lakes. We even painted a couple river rocks for your rock collection at river access. Great stay!
Our stay at Greenbrier Campground was truly exceptional. The hosts were amazing and friendly answering all questions with a smile. We loved the well maintained restrooms/showers and the convenient on-site camp store. We enjoyed our spot by the The Little Pigeon River, perfect to sit out for a morning tea. We don't have kids but the site looked amazing for kids and a lot for them to do. Not one thing to complain about. Thank you.
