LOVE the cabin - it was clean and especially loved the easy check in and check out process being we were coming in late. Didn't know about the trolley until the night before check in so we will definitely return and use that as an easy option to go into town. Since sharing the information about this campground, my family wants me to plan a family gathering at the campground.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless. Staff were kind and helpful and the layout was very pleasant. However, I would say for the price we paid I would expect concrete pads and not everything gravel. It appears that your investments are going elsewhere, but I think you need to start putting concrete pads in Because for $100 a night I think that’s what most campers expect

The cabin was very clean and we really liked the river it was on. Wish there was better parking for cabin 67.

The campsite was the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown to have that Smokies feel. Grounds were impeccably maintained and the river flowing behind the sites was quite peaceful. Bathhouse was stunningly clean and laundry facilities were great. The bouncehouses at the park added a special touch. Although it rained quite a bit while we were there we still considered it the best trip to the Smokies by far. We will be back!
