We always celebrate our anniversary at the Inn! Our room was great and clean. The view of the river is the best…so peaceful. I love the Danish pastries added to breakfast. Check out with Dottie was a sweet blessing. Thanks again Inn On The River.

I have stayed at The Inn on the River many times now. It’s the only place I’ll stay when visiting my happy place, the Smokies. Unless I have more than one poor experience there I’ll continue to choose The Inn on the River!

We found the facility clean, and close to the activities during the Rod Run. Very nice breakfast, good assortment. We did find getting to our 4th floor room a little difficult upon checking in. We climbed 4 set of steps with luggage to get to our room, since we weren't told there was a elevator. When you come in the exterior door you are met with steps and a corridor. No signs or indication there is an elevator on the other side of the door! For us older folks, the steps were a lot with luggage! May have been helpful if the young man that checked us in was a little more informative! Just a suggestion, but put the cups and ice chest out of the closet.... We felt overall, our stay was good, it was quiet and it was centrally located where we wanted to go.

Fantastic !! Smelt refreshed & clean and super comfy Staff was good , Nathan ( eh ? lol ) was great to approach in general Thank You Nathan !! Only a few flaws ( doors were dirty where the breakfast section is , floors were not washed or vacuumed , laundry room washer broken, floor was full of powder detergent! ) Requested the juice machine to be open 10 minutes before breakfast served, husband need Orange Juice for medication no acknowledgment just unlocked it and left
